Returns Associate
Work Hours: Scheduled, some overtime
Facility: Telecom and Summit Location; AdvoCare is a Good Manufacturing and Documentation Practices (GMP) environment
Job Summary & General Duties:
- Handling incoming product shipments received via FedEx, USPS, UPS or Will Call regarding returns and/or resignations.
- Research and record information pertaining to product being returned because of defects, wrong address, amount, damaged or quality issues.
- Follow company GMP’s and SOP’s at all times
- Follow company safety policies and procedures
